Honey...Din Din is ready!

Today's dinner consisted of Brussels sprouts, baked chicken and white potatoes. I love the red one's but I have to get rid of the white one's first. I have to confess I am Ms. Butterkin's cousin. To me there is no substitute for butter. The most I can do for this heart clogging gem of a food is to buy it unsalted.

I put some garlic & pepper seasoning, onion powder and some mrs dash, any kind is ok in 3 tbsp of butter in a sauce pan. Melt the seasonings in the butter and 1/3 water and melt for about 2-3 min. Cut each brussell in half and pour sauce over each. Then I cut potatoe's in four's, then placed all in a cookie sheet and put in my George Forman oven. Turned to 30 min and watched some tv. heated up some backed chicken already made and ate before the tv show was off.

To wash it all down, some water with a splash of lemons...real one's.
