Friday 13 Brunch...Filling

OK, I have not posted for a week. I ate some Sh!tty food and my body noticed by having me on the toilet and cramping. YOUR BODY KNOWS!

So now I'm better and today is the first day I had something really healthy. My brunch for today:

Fresh spinach with thin fresh cut garlic, two eggs (cage free) scrabbled soft with chopped tomatoes on the vine and two homemade (Yes, I did it myself) wheat apple muffins. Notice I did not have any meat. Saving my meat intake for the medium well steak I'm gonna guzzle down 8 weeks from now!

I got the muffin recipe from the back of Aunt Jemima wheat blend pancake mix.
