She's a peach...

Todays breakfast was a simple one. I had a peach smoothie...2 servings of fruit.  Two pistachio nut filled muffins, one would have been enough but it was so goooood! That takes care of my protein for this meal serving. That's it, nothing more, and I have a lot of energy this morn with a rev-it-up breakfast.
