So a few weeks ago someone posted on Facebook, women that look young in their older age. Some of the women were Tina Turner, Annette Larkin and Ernestine Shepherd. Now alot of people ask me what makes me look so young. Well two things are my recipe for keeping my youth. Diet, as Mrs. Larkin does and exercise like Ms. Shepherd does. Mrs. Larkin is a raw vegan. She believes in eating live and raw foods and that cooking food kills (the enzymes and robbed foods of important nutrients), you know, killing the living of the food. She believes in using the sprouting method for growing some food. This is something I will try and start this summer. Perhaps include in my gardening class with I Can Garden this summer. Now Ms. Shepherd believes in exercising for her fountain of youth. She started her bodybuilding at the age of fifty-six (56). You can say age is just a number, but her diet differs from Mrs. Larkin. Which begs me to differ...diet or exercise? Which will keep the fountain of youth for you. Well I do both. You decide for yourself.
p. 12 (Before seeds grow into large sized plants, they first germinate into spouts. Sprouts are the young succulent shoots of the adult plants. At this stage there are powerhouses of essentials that enhance cell nourishment, growth and development. They offer an abundance of vitamins, minerals, proteins and organic liquid. Even during refrigeration, sprouts continue to grow at a minute level. Therefore, we are eating live food when we consume them).

Venetria, did you attend a two-year business college on Manhattan's West Side in 1989-90? If so, I was one of your teachers. Like to guess which one?
